About

About this guide

fake-ultrasound.com is a small, plain guide to novelty ultrasound prints: what they are, how people use them, how to spot one, and where the line is. It has no ads and no accounts.

It's run by a small independent team and sells nothing.

What we stand by

• A novelty ultrasound is a prop. It is not a medical document, and it says nothing about anyone's health.
• We don't explain how to pass a fake off to a doctor, employer, insurer, school, court or benefits office, and never will.
• Medical facts here are general and come from public health sources. We are not clinicians. If you're pregnant or think you might be, talk to one.
